MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at info@divineaurabeauty.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW DO I START A RETURN??

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Product must be unopened and unused. Please contact us at info@divineaurabeauty.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, date and item to be returned and reason for return.

WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All Crystal Face Masks (Amethyst stone) are not returnable, they are final sale. 

EXCHANGES

Please contact us at info@divineaurabeauty.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, date, item to be returned and reason for return plus what you would like to exchange the items to. Please note that the Product must be unopened and unused.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
